Erasmus+ provides opportunities for professional growth to staff working in HigherEducation Institutions (HEIs) through Training Programs. This initiative encourages thedevelopment of both teaching and non-teaching HEI personnel by offering training events,job shadowing, and observation periods at international locations or within partner HEIsand other relevant organizations. These activities do not include conferences.

Requirements:
ï‚· Application Letter
ï‚· A TOEFL score of at least 530, which is equivalent to an IELTS score of6.0, is required as a minimum.
ï‚· The staff member must be permanently employed at UniversitasMuhammadiyah Pontianak. The temporal contract is not eligible.
ï‚· CV Europass (Max. 3 pages).
ï‚· Motivational Letter (elaborating on the candidate`s desire to be chosen,their willingness to adapt to the program and meet its requirements, thecandidate`s attributes, their objectives and anticipated outcomes from themobility experience, and their commitment to engage in post-mobilityactivities).
ï‚· Copy of Passport.
ï‚· Experience in international joint research and international communityservices (preferable)
ï‚· Must not have benefited from the same type of mobility under anotherErasmus+ project.
Funding
Funding
The funding for staff is as follows: 160 x 7 days (5 work days and 2 for travel) plusthe amount assigned to help with travel expenses which differs according to thecountry and city.
Selection Process
The application and selection procedure must be fair and transparent.
The Selection Committee will evaluate the candidates following these criteria:
English Proficiency: max. 12 points (30%)
